Sean Reilly has been in the food service industry over 20 years. Too much of that time was spent haggling over pennies for water-added chicken breast and perfect produce from who-cares-where. We are at a crucial point in our industry and the world at large where we need to change how we treat the folks who grow and prepare our food. 
Seed and Skillet was started to support those very people. Working with small farms and independent restaurants is our small but mighty step to driving change in our industry and helping consumers connect with where their food actually comes from.
